Cancellation Policy

Bestie, when you book with me, that time is set aside just for you. I truly value your time and I ask that you respect mine the same way. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-Show 3 strike policy : First no-show: Warning + card on file required for future bookings • Second no-show: May require a non-refundable deposit before booking again • Third no-show: Future booking privileges will be removed Please respect my time the same way I respect yours when reserving your appointment A card is required on file to secure all bookings. I completely understand that life happens — emergencies, kids, work, all of it. Just communicate with me as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to be understanding when it’s genuine.
